Our Fearless Leader – Dr. Jeff Young

Dr. Jeffrey Young graduated from the Colorado Country University, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. He established Planned Pethood Plus, Inc. (PPP) in 1990 as a low-cost spay/neuter dispensary and now provides affordable full-service veterinary care. Dr. Young has served on numerous Humane Social club boards and has advised mobile surgical units all across America. In the year 2000, Dr. Immature founded Planned Pethood International which was established to help fund spay/neuter and veterinary training. Training in Europe is achieved at the state-of-the-fine art veterinarian hospital funded by Planned Pethood Plus, Inc. in Bratislava, Slovakia. Planned Pethood International has financed a full-service veterinary hospital in Merida, Mexico and profits from these clinics are returned to Planned Pethood International for training of veterinarians and construction of new clinics. Dr. Young is most proud of having personally sterilized over 160,000 animals in the final 18 years and trained over a 300 veterinarians from all over the world. He is an outspoken proponent for early age neutering to control companion fauna population. Dr. Young is driven past two elementary underlying missions "significantly reducing companion beast overpopulation throughout the earth" and "thinking globally: acting locally."

Melody

Tune has worked at PPP since 2001. She has three animals, all adopted from Planned Pethood International. Franky is a Lhasa Mix was found running and no possessor ever came for him. When she first got him she had to shave him due to his coat beingness i big mat! Freya, a xanthous lab mix was a street dog from Mexico. All she needed was honey Shadow as relinquished to the clinic and will alive out her years loved by Melody her three astonishing children, Austin, Eddie and Malia and an incredible hubby named Theo. Between two animals and three kids, her life is very busy with sports and activities. Melody loves the piece of work she does at PPP and is proud of the difference the clinic makes for people. Tune believes," Kids should abound upward with animals and having an affordable clinic makes that possible."

Hector began working with PPP in May of 2001. Prior to working with our dispensary, Hector was a volunteer for our non-profit organisation. He lives with beautiful wife and daughter Dafni and hes 3 awesome dogs (Samurai, Ceasar and Wokie).

Dr. Lant DVM Originally from Michigan, graduated from Academy of Minnesota and started working in both large and modest animal veterinary practice. She took the opportunity to move to Colorado for employment several years ago and has been here since! She enjoys the outdoor activities in Colorado, Including cantankerous state skiing, snowshoeing and touring on her route bike. She has two very active Belgian Malinois dogs who also enjoy hiking twelvemonth around and keep her and her married man busy.

D'Ann

D'Ann has been working with Dr. Young since 1999. A Colorado native, D'Ann attended both the Academy of Colorado in Boulder and UNC in Greeley, CO. An animal lover since she was young, D'Ann lives with her true cat Joey and and two dogs, Luther and Wilson. She believes, "living with and caring for animals benefits us in countless ways and should non be prohibited by fiscal constraints". D'Ann believes education, affordable care, and effective spay/neuter programs are the reply for providing a good life for companion animals worldwide.
